Our inclusive approach
The Brit Hotel de la Tour Blanche in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche is a rather special hotel. It is owned by the Delta Plus Foundation, whose mission is to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities and social fragility through socio-professional activities. The team in charge of its management is composed of professionals, apprentices and people with disabilities.

The genesis of the project
In 2022, the Delta Plus Foundation, whose missions are focused on accompanying and supporting the life paths of people with disabilities or social fragility, took over a hotel in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche in Haute-Vienne. The aim is to develop the autonomy of the people supported by the Foundation and to train them in the hotel industry's underpinning professions, to enable them to join the ordinary working environment.
Three values drive this unique project:
- The primacy of the person
The Foundation works with respect and dignity for each individual.
- Humanism
The Foundation works in a spirit of listening, right and recognition of difference.
- Recognition of the place of the family
The Foundation gives an important place to the family, considered as the first place of blossoming of the accompanied person.
Meet the crew
The ambition of the Delta Plus Foundation's project is simple: to develop the autonomy of the people it supports and to train them so that they can eventually join the mainstream workplace.
Today, the Brit Hotel La Tour Blanche is fully integrated into the Brit Hotel network. With 23 rooms and various services such as breakfast and catering, it enables the team to develop a wide range of skills.
Each member of the team works every day to offer visitors a most pleasant stay, all in a green and idyllic setting. As a reminder, the town of Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche is one of the "Most Beautiful Detours in France"!
Brit Hotel is particularly proud to support the Delta Plus Foundation in setting up and managing this project, whose values echo those of all our hoteliers!
